Terms of Services

Last Updated: September 16, 2025

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SchoolingWork, including but not limited to its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners (collectively, “SchoolingWork,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Agreement governs your access to, interaction with, and continued use of all services, platforms, applications, websites, content, and tools provided, operated, or made available by SchoolingWork. This expressly includes, but is not limited to, the Prepting.com and TangoPilot.com platforms, associated mobile applications, digital tools, APIs, and any derivative or successor services that may be developed, integrated, or offered in the future (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering for an account, by browsing, accessing, or otherwise making use of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree that you:

(a) have read and fully understood this Agreement in its entirety;

(b) consent to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by each and every provision set forth herein;

(c) represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and full authority under applicable law to enter into this Agreement, to comply with its terms, and to assume the obligations contained herein.

Your use of the Services is at all times conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, to be legally bound by the provisions of this Agreement, then you must immediately refrain from accessing, using, or attempting to use the Services. Any continued access or usage constitutes conclusive evidence of your ongoing consent to be legally bound by the most current version of this Agreement.

You further acknowledge and accept that this Agreement is not a passive formality but a substantive legal framework designed to govern the rights, obligations, risks, and liabilities that arise from your use of SchoolingWork’s Services. By using the Services, you expressly waive certain rights that you might otherwise possess, including but not limited to the right to pursue disputes in a court of law before a judge or jury, as explained in greater detail in Section 15 (Dispute Resolution). You accept that arbitration and class action waivers materially restrict your avenues for dispute resolution and affirm your understanding of those limitations as a condition of use.

SchoolingWork reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our websites or delivery through other reasonable communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to remain informed of any modifications.

In summary, these Terms function as the exclusive governing framework for your relationship with SchoolingWork. Your use of the Services is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to assume the risks, responsibilities, and limitations detailed herein.

2. Definitions

For purposes of clarity and to avoid ambiguity in interpretation, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. These definitions apply uniformly throughout this Agreement, regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form, and regardless of whether capitalized or lowercased, unless the context otherwise clearly requires:

  • “Agreement” or “Terms” means this Terms of Service contract, including all incorporated policies, disclaimers, schedules, notices, and updates thereto.
  • “Services” refers collectively to all platforms, applications, websites, APIs, content, products, and tools offered by SchoolingWork, including but not limited to Prepting.com, TangoPilot.com, associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any future or successor iterations.
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual, entity, or organization that accesses, uses, registers for, or interacts with the Services, whether in a paid, unpaid, or trial capacity.
  • “Content” means all information, text, data, audio, video, graphics, images, software, code, and other materials, whether proprietary to SchoolingWork or provided by third parties, made available through the Services.
  • “User Content” refers specifically to any data, text, submissions, uploads, or materials that you or other Users input, transmit, or otherwise provide in connection with the Services.
  • “Intellectual Property Rights” means all rights arising under patent law, copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law, moral rights law, or any other proprietary rights regime recognized anywhere in the world, whether registered or unregistered.
  • “Third-Party Services” refers to any services, websites, platforms, content, or resources provided by entities other than SchoolingWork but which may be accessed through links or integrations within the Services.
  • “Arbitration” means the binding dispute resolution process described in Section 15, administered under applicable commercial arbitration rules, and carried out on an individual basis.

By using the Services, you accept and agree that these definitions will govern the interpretation of the Agreement, and that ambiguous terms will be resolved in favor of SchoolingWork’s interpretation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Scope of the Services

SchoolingWork provides advanced artificial intelligence–driven platforms designed to offer informational, educational, and career-support services. The Services are intended to function as supplemental tools for guidance, planning, and exploration, and are not substitutes for professional advice, certified instruction, or independent diligence.

The Prepting platform, for instance, offers educational resources, exam preparation tools, university application assistance, and academic planning guidance. However, Users must acknowledge that Prepting operates as a facilitative resource only. It does not guarantee admission to any university, success in examinations, or qualification for scholarships. The role of Prepting is supportive and advisory, not determinative or authoritative.

The TangoPilot platform, by contrast, provides study aids and informational tools for aviation-related training. Users must expressly recognize that aviation is a high-risk activity governed by strict regulatory standards. TangoPilot is not an accredited training provider, flight school, or regulatory authority. Its outputs are intended for supplementary study purposes only and may not reflect official, up-to-date aviation standards, regulations, or practices.

Across all platforms, the Services employ probabilistic machine learning models that generate responses based on patterns and training data. Users are hereby expressly warned that AI-generated outputs may include inaccuracies, outdated information, omissions, or content unsuitable for particular use cases. SchoolingWork makes no warranty that the Services are error-free, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

The Services may be updated, altered, or discontinued at any time in SchoolingWork’s sole discretion. No guarantee is provided regarding availability, continuity, or scope of any particular feature, functionality, or dataset.

4. User Eligibility & Account Requirements

Access to and use of the Services is restricted to individuals and entities that satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth herein. By creating an account or otherwise engaging with the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  1. Age and Legal Capacity: You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or, if younger, you have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent consistent with applicable laws. You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
  2. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law. You further represent that you are not subject to embargoes, sanctions, or restrictions administered by governmental or regulatory authorities that would prohibit your use of the Services.
  3. Account Accuracy: When registering for an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. SchoolingWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate or fraudulent information.
  4. Security of Credentials: You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials, including usernames and passwords. You agree not to disclose such credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
  5. Account Responsibility: If you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must immediately notify SchoolingWork. We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorized account use unless directly caused by SchoolingWork’s willful misconduct.

SchoolingWork reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration, to suspend or terminate accounts, or to restrict access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal obligations.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using the Services, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and to conduct yourself with integrity and respect for the rights of SchoolingWork, other Users, and third parties. Specifically, you agree that you shall not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to academic dishonesty, cheating on examinations, or misrepresentation in applications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other unlawful means.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Services, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
  • Introduce or transmit viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code designed to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Services.
  • Engage in data scraping, mining, harvesting, or any form of automated data extraction without the express written consent of SchoolingWork.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or otherwise engage in behavior intended to deceive or defraud others.
  • Infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of SchoolingWork, other Users, or third parties.

You acknowledge that compliance with these responsibilities is a fundamental condition of your right to use the Services. Any violation may result in suspension, termination, or permanent banning of your account, in addition to potential legal action or reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services and Content are and shall remain the exclusive property of SchoolingWork or its licensors. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, no license or right, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, is granted to you.

SchoolingWork grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting the Services or Content without prior written authorization.

All trademarks, logos, trade names, and service marks displayed on or associated with the Services are the property of SchoolingWork or third parties. You may not use such marks without prior written consent.

With respect to User Content, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold. However, by submitting or uploading User Content to the Services, you grant SchoolingWork a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Services.

SchoolingWork does not endorse or assume responsibility for User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to grant the license described above and that your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the rights of any third party.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or references to third-party websites, applications, services, content, or resources (“Third-Party Services”). These Third-Party Services are not owned, operated, or controlled by SchoolingWork, and their inclusion within the Services does not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of such Third-Party Services by SchoolingWork. You acknowledge and agree that SchoolingWork provides access to Third-Party Services solely as a convenience to you, and that the presence of such links or references is not, and shall not be construed as, an affirmation of their quality, reliability, legality, safety, or suitability for your purposes.

When you access a Third-Party Service, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies established by the third party. SchoolingWork has no responsibility for monitoring, reviewing, or validating the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or appropriateness of information, materials, or services offered by any third party. You acknowledge that SchoolingWork disclaims all liability arising from your reliance upon or use of any Third-Party Services.

You further understand and agree that any interactions, transactions, or agreements that you enter into with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. SchoolingWork shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from or related to your dealings with third parties. SchoolingWork reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without obligation, to remove, disable, or restrict access to any Third-Party Services made available through the Services.

8. AI-Generated Outputs

A distinguishing feature of SchoolingWork’s Services is the use of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate responses, recommendations, insights, and other forms of content (“AI Outputs”). You expressly acknowledge and agree that such AI Outputs are generated algorithmically and are inherently probabilistic in nature. As such, AI Outputs may contain inaccuracies, misstatements, omissions, outdated information, or inappropriate content.

You accept full responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and suitability of any AI Output before relying upon it, making decisions based on it, or sharing it with others. SchoolingWork expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that AI Outputs will be correct, sufficient, relevant, timely, or fit for your intended use.

With respect to academic or career outcomes facilitated through Prepting, you acknowledge that AI Outputs are designed solely for supplemental guidance. They do not, and cannot, guarantee admission to any university, acquisition of scholarships, successful passage of examinations, or attainment of employment opportunities. Similarly, with respect to aviation-related content provided through TangoPilot, you acknowledge that AI Outputs are educational aids only, not substitutes for certified instruction, official regulatory materials, or professional pilot judgment.

By using the Services, you irrevocably agree that reliance on AI Outputs is undertaken at your sole and exclusive risk, and you waive any claim against SchoolingWork arising from your reliance upon, or use of, such outputs.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

SchoolingWork recognizes the importance of privacy and data protection. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Services, you consent to SchoolingWork’s data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that SchoolingWork may collect and process certain information about you, including but not limited to account registration data, usage metrics, device identifiers, cookies, logs, communications, and User Content, in order to operate, maintain, improve, personalize, and secure the Services. You further acknowledge that your data may be transmitted, stored, or processed in jurisdictions other than your country of residence, and that such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws.

SchoolingWork makes commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your information; however, you understand and agree that no system is completely secure or immune from unauthorized access, intrusion, or breach. Accordingly, you assume the risk of such incidents and agree that SchoolingWork shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your data unless caused directly by SchoolingWork’s willful misconduct.

By submitting User Content, you grant SchoolingWork the right to use such data in accordance with the license granted in Section 6, and you consent to the use of anonymized or aggregated data for research, analytics, development, or commercial purposes, provided that such use does not individually identify you.

10. Service Modifications, Interruptions, and Termination

SchoolingWork reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or terminate the Services or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that SchoolingWork shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

SchoolingWork further reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the Services, or revoke your license to use the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, create risk or potential legal exposure for SchoolingWork, or if your continued use is deemed detrimental to the integrity or operation of the Services. Such actions may be taken with or without notice, and SchoolingWork shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.

You acknowledge that interruptions, downtimes, or unavailability of the Services may occur due to maintenance, updates, upgrades, system failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or other factors beyond SchoolingWork’s reasonable control. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is provided, and SchoolingWork disclaims any liability arising from or related to service interruptions.

Upon termination of your account or cessation of access to the Services, the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall immediately cease. However, provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination—including but not limited to disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions—shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, including all Content and AI Outputs, are provided strictly on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole and exclusive risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SchoolingWork, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SchoolingWork makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee that the Services will:

  • Meet your requirements or expectations, whether academic, professional, or otherwise.
  • Be accurate, complete, reliable, timely, secure, or free of errors.
  • Ensure admission into educational institutions, successful examination outcomes, or career advancement.
  • Remain free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
  • Be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from defects.

Any oral or written advice, statements, or representations made by employees, agents, or representatives of SchoolingWork shall not be construed as a warranty unless explicitly set forth in this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that SchoolingWork, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary, arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, regardless of the legal theory upon which they are based—whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory claims, or otherwise—and includes, without limitation, claims for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.
  • Personal injury, property damage, or other tangible or intangible harm.
  • Decisions made or actions taken in reliance on AI Outputs or the Services.
  • Unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your data.
  • Service interruptions, delays, errors, or failures.

You acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and SchoolingWork and that the Services would not be provided without such limitation.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted to the full extent described herein, SchoolingWork’s aggregate liability for all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), or (b) the total amount you paid to SchoolingWork, if any, during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SchoolingWork, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your breach or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights; (d) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rule; or (e) your reliance on, distribution of, or actions taken based on AI-Generated Output. SchoolingWork reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification hereunder, and in such case, you agree to fully cooperate with SchoolingWork’s defense. This indemnity shall survive termination of your use of the Services and remains enforceable indefinitely.

14. Disclaimers

The Services, including all content, software, features, and AI-Generated Outputs, are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. SchoolingWork disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and security.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SchoolingWork makes no representation or warranty that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the Services or the information obtained through them will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current; (c) any defects or errors will be corrected; or (d) the Services are free of viruses, malware, or harmful components.

You understand and acknowledge that AI-Generated Outputs are inherently probabilistic, experimental, and subject to error, bias, or incompleteness. They should never be interpreted as professional, academic, or authoritative advice. Reliance upon such outputs is entirely at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, SchoolingWork’s liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolingWork and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption, even if SchoolingWork has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall SchoolingWork’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid (if any) to SchoolingWork in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory. The foregoing shall apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

16. High-Risk Use and Waiver of Claims

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Services are not designed, intended, or authorized for use in high-risk activities, including but not limited to aviation operations, flight decision-making, life-support systems, nuclear facilities, or any activity in which failure or error could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, environmental harm, or catastrophic damages.

While SchoolingWork may provide aviation-related tools, practice exams, or study resources (including through TangoPilot), such resources are educational only and must never be relied upon as a substitute for official regulatory training, certified materials, or professional judgment. You accept full responsibility for verifying all such information independently.

By using the Services, you irrevocably waive any claim against SchoolingWork arising from your use of the Services in connection with high-risk or safety-critical applications.

17. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in the English language, under the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC).

You agree to waive any right to litigate claims in court, to a jury trial, or to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, SchoolingWork may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

If any provision of this section is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve enforceability consistent with the parties’ intent.

18. General Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SchoolingWork regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
  2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to remain enforceable, and the remainder shall continue in effect.
  3. No Waiver: SchoolingWork’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without prior written consent. SchoolingWork may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
  5. Force Majeure: SchoolingWork shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, internet failures, government actions, or armed conflicts.
  6. Survival: Provisions regarding indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and all other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, shall survive indefinitely.
  7. Notices: All notices must be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered electronically via the Services, by email to your registered email address, or by publication within the Services. Notices to SchoolingWork must be sent to the address provided below.
